Three important questions that business owners should ask themselves.
As a business owner, it’s crucial to stay focused and motivated. To help you with that, I’d like to share with you a simple tool that can make a huge difference in your energy and consistency levels. This tool was introduced to me by Jason Selke, a performance coach who worked with the St Louis Cardinals and helped them win the World Series twice.
This tool will help you with self-love, self-awareness, and self-determination, which are all key elements to reaching your goals. The tool consists of just three questions that you can answer every day:
- What did you do in the past 24 hours?
- What would you do differently in the next 24 hours?
- What is one thing you can do to take action on it?
By writing down your answers, you’ll be acknowledging your progress, identifying gaps, and taking control of your life, and if you want to take your self-evaluation one step further, you can use the business-made-simple business assessment.
In a coaching relationship, another person can help you brainstorm additional steps to take to move your life forward. Here is the document with the three questions for you to practice on your own, and if you’re interested in exploring deeper, I have some tools and modules that we can work through together. Feel free to reach out to me by phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
