Here are two books that can help you find some financial clarity.
I want to share with you two books that I am sure can help you create financial clarity as the market shifts. Often this is the conversation of today: The market’s transitioning in real estate. What’s the first thing to do? Get your finances in order.
The first book I’d like to share is “You Need a Budget” by Jesse Mitchum. This book is valuable because one of the key tenants is that you give every dollar a job. What’s important about that? You decide upfront what you like your money to do, and you don’t let things happen and push you around.
The other book is called “Profit First” by Mike McAllister. What’s special about this book is that it has the bucket system. You set your business up with five buckets so that you can know exactly what’s going on with your income coming in, your operating expenses, saving for taxes, owner’s compensation, and profit.
I promise that if you pick these two books up and read them, you’ll be able to create the clarity you need for your business. If you have other questions, or if you want to do a deeper dive, feel free to call or email me. I’d be more than happy to walk you through these great tools.
